Billing Payment Options
AVAILABLE PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Pay Online with your Discover, Visa or Mastercard through the MyGovernmentOnline.org portal:
Go to www.mygovernmentonline.org and login with your user account. Click on the "My Account" button at the top right section of the page. Scroll down to the "My Permit" section. Locate the project number you wish to pay and click on "View Project". Click on the "Payments" tab. Click on the "Pay Online" button near the bottom of the page to pay the balance with your Visa or MasterCard. Once you have completed processing your payment please allow the planning review staff sufficient time to review your project and follow-up with you. For assistance with paying fees online, contact the MyGovernmentOnline.org support team at 866-957-3764.
The phone number that is associated with the TRA account must be used when creating an MGO online account. It links the two accounts, and will not be effective in creating an account if they are not the same. If you are unsure of the phone number associated with the TRA account, OR if you would like to opt-out of paper statement mailings and opt-In to email, contact Trinity River Authority at (936) 365-2292.
